genealogy research, please complete the form below.
The information we maintain on each burial consists of the name of the deceased, date of
burial, age at the time of death, location of their grave and a listing of all others
buried within the same lot. We will mail you a map of the cemetery along with a copy
of the grave card showing the above information.
Print the form and mail it to our office at the address below with payment of $10.00 per
name requested.
We have made almost 200,000 burials within our cemeteries over the past 150 years.
